If Beef drippings are red or orange should I avoid all beef?

Beef Drippings and Beef

Beef Drippings is the fat that is rendered during the cooking of beef.  Beef, as it is tested under Meats, is the meat of the animal.  The composition of these two items is vastly different in the nutrient structure and composition.

Drippings are mostly fat while beef meat a source of protein.  Therefore, it is possible to be sensitive to one and not the other and being sensitive to one does not inherently indicate that you should avoid the other unless this is indicated within your results.
