How long does it take to receive my test results?

Test Results

Once your sample has been received in our lab, your test results will be available in your Client Portal within 3-5 business days.  You will receive an email and a text message alerting you of your results availability.  

Please be sure to check your email as the notification email provided contains important information about your test results and the tools available to you to understand your results report, utilize your elimination diet, and more!

These emails may be delivered to your Junk/Spam folders as well depending on you or your email service provider's security settings.  The email will be sent from Healthogenics and searching your email inbox is a quick and easy way to locate this important email!

If you are unable to locate the email or are having difficulties accessing your results from within your portal, please let our Healthogenics Support Team know immediately and we will be more than happy to assist further!
