How do I register multiple tests?

Registering Multiple Tests

Registering multiple tests may require assistance from our Support Team at this time.  While we understand this may not be the most convenient method, our team is working hard to continue to make our Client Portal and Registration Process as efficient as possible and we greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to make things perfect for our customers!

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday, 8a - 6p EST. 

We are closed weekends and US National Holidays.  

If you contact our support team outside of normal business hours, our team will respond to your email by the end of business the following business day.

If you have purchased multiple tests in one order in our store, we ask that you please reach out to our Support Team to assist you further.  

If you have purchased multiple tests with multiple orders, each test will need to be registered in your Client Portal under the same account.  Each barcode is required to be registered.

If you have purchased multiple tests, regardless of the order count and will be gifting/giving any of the tests to someone that will require their own Client Portal access, please contact our Support Team to assist you further. 

We will collect information for the individual that will be utilizing the test in order to grant them access to the Client Portal and the registration.  Information needed for individuals needing Client Portal access:  First and Last Name, email address, cell phone number with area code

It will be very important that you have the test kit barcode for each individual which requires their own Client Portal Access. 

The test kit barcode is located on the sample collection vial included in your kit and also on the back of the kit.
