How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling a subscription with Healthogenics is quick and easy!  Simply visit your Subscription Portal and select Cancel.  Your subscription can be resumed at any time.

To manage your subscription, please click the following link.  You will need to use the same email address which was used to checkout in the store during your original purchase.

Once your information is entered, you will receive an email to guide you to accessing your account.  The email will be sent from Healthogenics - please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders as well or search your inbox for Healthogenics.

Either way, your subscription will be cancelled and can be resumed at any time by contacting the Healthogenics Support Team at support@healthogenics.com.

If you are wishing to cancel temporarily, you can reschedule or suspend your recurring transactions as it fits to your schedule.  You are also able to pause your subscription if you wish to stop your subscription temporarily.  Learn more about pausing your subscription here.
