Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to pause your subscription to resume at a later date, you can do this easily from your Subscription Portal.
To manage your subscription, please click the following link. You will need to use the same email address which was used to checkout in the store during your original purchase.
Once your information is entered, you will receive an email to guide you to accessing your account. The email will be sent from Healthogenics - please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders as well or search your inbox for Healthogenics.
You are also able to contact Healthogenics Support to pause your subscription on your behalf.
Your subscription may be paused indefinitely.
However, if you are not intending to resume your subscription, it is advised that your subscription be cancelled. Please read more about cancelling your subscription here.
