Yellowtail
About Yellowtail
Yellowtail refers to various species of fish with yellow tails, such as the Japanese amberjack and yellowtail kingfish. Yellowtail is found in both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and is caught using various fishing methods.
Yellowtail is a fatty fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote heart health and reduce inflammation. It's also a good source of protein, vitamin B12, and selenium.
Yellowtail is generally a healthy seafood choice ( please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity). However, larger individual fish may have higher mercury levels.
