Why is rotation and moderation important in my diet?

Rotation & Moderation

Rotation and moderation is key. What we mean by this is that your diet needs variety. You should not consume the same foods every day. If you eat a food that you have an intolerance to every day, you will experience noticeable symptoms.  

Once you have completed your Elimination Diet Plan and have let your body rebalance, you can begin to reintroduce food items to your diet and learn what foods and combinations of foods are best for your body.

On average, most people may be able to consume a food item 2-3 times per week without experiencing any symptoms.  You will have to figure out what is your normal. Just remember not to go back to eating the same items or combination of items every day.
