If fruits and vegetables are healthy, why do I have a sensitivity to them?

Yes, fruits and vegetables are great foods to include in your diet!  However, just because they are healthy does not mean that your body will always tolerate them.  Various factors can contribute to a sensitivity. 

Sometimes, eating too much of a certain food can cause your body to develop a sensitivity to that item as our body does best when we eat items in moderation and rotate the foods in our diets. 

Also, certain elements of a given food may no longer suit our body and you may need to exclude it from our diets for a short time in order to give the body time to heal itself.
