White Cabbage (Raw)
About White Cabbage
White cabbage, also known as green cabbage, is a cruciferous vegetable with crisp leaves and a mild, slightly peppery flavor.
Raw white cabbage is a good source of vitamin C and dietary fiber. It's low in calories and can be part of a healthy diet. White cabbage is generally safe to eat raw (please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity). However, some individuals may experience digestive discomfort.
Raw white cabbage is commonly used in coleslaw and salads. It can also be sautéed, stir-fried, or added to soups.
