Where can I locate my results?

Your Results

Congratulations!  You have created your Healthogenics Portal account and are on your way to better health and wellness.  We are so excited for you!

Once your sample has been received by our lab, we ask that you allow us approximately 5 business days to process your sample and publish your results.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9a - 6p EST

We are closed US observed holidays and weekends.

Once your results are ready, you will be notified via email and text message and your results will be made available to you in your Healthogenics Portal!

Simply click the "Download" button on the home page of the portal next to the test results you would like to view.  If you are doing this from a mobile device, your results may download to a "Download" folder on your device or may open for you to review.  This is based on your settings and your device operating system.

If you experience difficulties access your downloaded results, please let us know and we will be more than happy to assist further!

Once you have taken time to review your results, we recommend utilizing the Healthogenics Portal Help Center to find answers to your questions and dive into your results a bit further.  We also recommend reviewing and following the Elimination Diet (can be found in the menu of the portal and in the Help Center) to help you navigate your next steps to healing your body!
