What is Tofu?
About Tofu
Tofu, also known as bean curd, is a soy-based protein made by coagulating soy milk.
Tofu is a rich source of plant-based protein, vitamins, and minerals, especially calcium. Tofu is safe to eat (please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity) and is used in a wide range of dishes, including stir-fries, soups, and desserts.
Tofu can be marinated, grilled, stir-fried, or used in smoothies and desserts. It's a versatile meat substitute in vegetarian and vegan diets.
