Rice milk is a non-dairy milk alternative made from milled rice and water. The process involves blending or grinding cooked rice with water and then straining the mixture to remove any solids.  

Rice milk is naturally low in fat and cholesterol, making it a heart-healthy option. It is often fortified with vitamins and minerals such as calcium and vitamin D to match the nutritional profile of cow's milk. 

Rice milk is also generally easy to digest, making it a gentle option for sensitive stomachs( please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity). However, due to its lower protein content, individuals relying on rice milk as a protein source should ensure they get protein from other dietary sources.
