About Wakame
Wakame is a type of edible seaweed commonly used in Asian cuisine.
Wakame is a source of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. Wakame is safe to eat (please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity) and is often used in miso soup and seaweed salads.
