I've reviewed my results but I'm still not sure what to eat
Results & Your Diet
Try focusing on what you CAN eat. Look at your test results and see all of the items that are listed as "Beneficial Foods & Drinks". These are the food items that you can consume during the 30 day Elimination Period.
Also, if you find it difficult to only consume the "Beneficial Foods & Drinks", you may consume the "Moderately Inflammatory Foods & Drinks". However, it is recommended that you abstain from these as much as possible and rarely consume them over the next 30 days if you are unable to avoid them completely. We recommend that you consume them no more than once a week if possible.
You do not want to consume the "Inflammatory Foods & Drinks" over the next 30 days. Our testing results format makes it much easier to identify the foods that you should be consuming.
