General Questions
If Chicken fat is red on my results, should I avoid all Chicken?
Understanding the Results
"Chicken fat" refers to rendered-down chicken fat. Chicken is tested as meat and is listed in your results' "meats" section.
Chicken fat, although derived from chicken, has a different nutritional value as well as molecular structure than that of the chicken meat itself. These differences can be tolerated differently in your body which is why you may have varying results between chicken meat and chicken fat.
