How do I use my results to lose weight?

By avoiding the foods identified as red and, ideally, those listed in orange, you can use your results to lose weight. This is because these foods have been proven to be inflammatory-causing items.

When inflammatory food is regularly consumed, it can cause chronic conditions where the body builds up body fat to cover the inflammation. Inflammation in the body can cause water retention. The food items that are highlighted in red or orange should be avoided entirely or consumed in moderation.

To lose weight, you'll need to strive to reduce inflammation and choose foods that are highlighted in green. Your metabolism may become more balanced as a result.
