Guava

About Guava

Guava is a tropical fruit with green or yellow skin and pink or white flesh. It is grown in regions with tropical and subtropical climates.

Guava is exceptionally rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants like flavonoids. It supports immune health and digestion. Guava is safe for most people ( please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity). However, consuming it in excess may cause digestive discomfort due to its high fiber content.

Guava can be eaten fresh as a snack, added to fruit salads, or used in smoothies and desserts. It can also be made into jams and jellies.
