About Cranberry
Cranberries are small, tart berries known for their bright red color. They are typically sourced from regions with cool climates.
Cranberries are rich in vitamin C, dietary fiber, and antioxidants. They contain compounds that may support urinary tract health. Cranberries are safe to eat for most people ( please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity), but they are often sweetened when consumed as dried cranberries, increasing their sugar content.
Cranberries can be used in cooking and baking, made into sauces or jams, or enjoyed fresh in salads and smoothies.
