Can my test results help me to understand a current diagnosed disease or chronic illness?

Correlation Between Chronic Illness & Your Test Results

Our testing methodology is beneficial for determining the following:

  • Food and Drink Sensitivities/Intolerances
  • Toxins & Heavy Metals Reponses*
  • Vitamin, Mineral, Fatty Acid & Nutritional Imbalances*
  • Yeast, Fungi & Candida Balance*
  • Digestive Process & Gut Biome Balance*
  • Inflammation Status*
  • Metabolism Status*

As most of these results will indicate temporary imbalances, sensitivities/intolerances, or deficiencies, it is difficult to say that they can be correlated to an actual disease.

For example, someone diagnosed with Celiac Disease may ask why gluten containing items are not showing an inflammatory result on their test results. This is due to the fact that this disease actually involves the immune system. Since our testing does not look at immune system responses or allergies, gluten containing items may not render the results you might expect.

Having an allergy or contraindicated medical condition to a food or drink item does not necessarily mean you will also be intolerant to it.

So, to answer the question, MAYBE! If you are eating foods that are causing inflammation, or not eating or absorbing the nutrients your body needs, it can create a have a negative impact on your body which could potentially lead to illness or exacerbate symptoms of a current chronic illness or disease.

At the end of the day, using these results to focus on doing what you can do to become a more healthier you will help you to feel your best!

Our tests are not intended to make a medical diagnosis or to provide medical advice.  Please consult with your healthcare provider or medical practitioner if you are needing medical advice related to your health.

*Results offered in your report are based on the level of test purchased.  Not all items may be included in your test.
