Broad Beans
About Broad Beans
Broad beans, also called fava beans, are large, flat legumes with a nutty flavor.
Broad beans are a source of protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Broad beans are safe to eat (please be mindful of your results as these may indicate you should not consume them due to a sensitivity) but should be blanched and peeled before consumption.
Broad beans can be used in soups, stews, or mashed into dips.
