Redeem Your Voucher
Select "Redeem My Voucher" at the bottom of this page.
Click the "Redeem My Voucher" button below that corresponds with the test purchased on Groupon. If you select the incorrect option, you will be unable to complete your order. You can find the test purchased in Groupon within your order history.

Once you select the appropriate test below, you will be redirected to complete your checkout in our store. You will be asked to provide information which will allow us to ship your test kit and also to contact you in the event there are questions or updates regarding your order.
If this information is not accurate, we will be unable to guarantee that your order will be delivered.

Entering your Groupon Redemption Code is required to verify your Groupon purchase
PLEASE HAVE YOUR GROUPON REDEMPTION CODE AVAILABLE FOR REFERENCE
Once you are in the checkout area, you will need to enter your Groupon Redemption Code in the "Discount" field and click "Apply". Once your code is verified, your order will be discounted to $0. If the code you entered is incorrect or does not match the information provided to us by Groupon, your order will not be discounted.

The final step in receiving your order is to confirm and complete your order
Before submitting your order, please review all information provided and confirm it is accurate. Email addresses area a common item to be entered incorrectly and can prohibit important information making its way to you and can make impact your ability to access your portal, registration and other important items relevant to your account and your order.
Once you are confident all information is correct, complete your order.

We share important information such as order status, sample tracking, results availability and more to the email address provided at checkout. It will be important to watch for emails and also check your Junk and Spam folders if you do not receive communications from us. You will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number when you order has been shipped. You will also receive information regarding your Customer Portal login.
