How long will it take to get my order?

Order Delivery Timeframes

Healthogenics understands just how important it is that you receive your order as quickly as possible!  Our Fulfillment Team fulfills and ships orders Monday - Friday 8a - 6p EST (excluding holidays).  

Your delivery time can vary based on a few things:

  • Your chosen courier and delivery preference at checkout
  • Weather and unforeseen carrier delays
  • Pre-order sales (shipped when the product is added to stock)

Also, some of our products have a delivery time that is dependent on the customer completing additional requirements to complete their order.  

  • Tirzepatide and Semaglutide Rx:  Your order cannot be shipped until you complete until the following has been completed:
    • Your Intake Form is completed in full and all requested images and information have been provided
    • All physician requests have been completed
    • Your physician approves you order
    • The pharmacy fulfills your order.  Once the pharmacy receives your order and it is ready to ship, your order will be shipped via overnight delivery.  Our pharmacy does not ship orders Friday - Sunday.  Orders are ready for fulfillment within 3-5 business days of your rx being received from your physician.
  • Personalized Vitamins:  You must first complete either your Vitamin & Mineral Test, Advanced Food Sensitivity Test, or Comprehensive Food Sensitivity Test as the results of your test will be used to formulate your custom vitamins.  Once your results are ready, they will be reviewed by our team and your formulation will be sent to our lab for creation.  Once ready, your vitamins will be shipped to you.  Your custom vitamins can take 7-10 business days to formulate and ship.
