How do I get a refund for my purchase?

Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and also based on the product you have purchased.  You refund request will need to be submitted to our Customer Support Team at support@healthogenics.com for review and processing.

Refunds are not available for Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Personalized Vitamins or food and drink products.

If you purchased a Semaglutide or Tirzepatide Weight Loss Program and are not approved for treatment, you will be refunded for your purchase*
