Cancelling Your Order
In the event you would like to cancel your order, you will need to reach out to our fulfillment department as cancellations can only be processed prior to your order being shipped. If you order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order as it is already in transit to you and can no longer be cancelled. Contact orders@healthogenics.com for assistance with your cancellation.
Rx Medication Orders: Once your intake has been submitted, your order can no longer be cancelled.
Personalized Vitamins: Once your order has been placed, you are no longer able to cancel your order as your vitamin formulary has been processed for your vitamins to be created specifically for you.
