How do I get a refill of my Rx Weight Loss Medication

When you originally purchase your program, you enrolled in a 30 day auto-renewal purchase.  Your orders will be placed automatically every 30 days to help keep you on track with your Rx Weight Loss Program.  If your subscription has been cancelled, you are able to login to your Healthogenics Store account and reinstate your subscription or you may also reach out to Healthogenics Support to assist as well.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a Refill Intake Link via email.  You must complete the Refill Intake Form in order to initiate your physician review and subsequent approval.  Once your refill has been approved, your order will be sent to the pharmacy for processing and fulfillment.  

If you fail to complete your Intake Form, your order will not be fulfilled and your link will expire after 30 days.  Always be sure to check you Junk and Spam folders for communications from us regarding your orders.  If you have questions or are unable to locate your Intake Form, please reach out to Healthogenics Support for further assistance at support@healthogenics.com.
