Rescheduling An Upcoming Subscription Order
Rescheduling an upcoming order can be done from within your Subscription Portal. You are only able to reschedule orders that have not yet been placed.
If you need to reschedule an order that has already been placed, you will need to contact Healthogenics Support to assist. We cannot guarantee that a placed order can be rescheduled but we are more than happy to see what we can do to assist.
To manage your subscription, please click the following link. You will need to use the same email address which was used to checkout in the store during your original purchase.
Once your information is entered, you will receive an email to guide you to accessing your account. The email will be sent from Healthogenics - please be sure to check your Junk/Spam folders as well or search your inbox for Healthogenics.
